AM= 8 miles/ PM= 4 miles
Friday Nov. 21, 2014:
AM= 4 x 400, 1600, 4 x 400 ( 4 min between 400's & 1600), 20 min warm
up & cool down/ PM= 7 miles
Saturday Nov. 22, 2014:
9 miles
