1 x AMRAP pull-ups (as many as possible). Then take a 3 min rest & use rubber band to help you do 5 x 5 pull-ups with 30 rest. Trey Hardee 2 min abs routine. Reverse Back Hypers 3 x 8 reps (laying over a swiss ball or something similar)

1 x AMRAP Dips then 3 min rest, 5 x 5 with 30 sec rest, then use a bar with 1/2 your body weight & you will do 5 x 8 reps of squats with only 1 minute rest

2 min abs routine, 10 push-up, 10 10 body weight squats, 10 push-ups, 10 body weight squats, 5 pull ups. Do that circuit 4 times talking 1 min rest between then
