AM: 5 miles/ PM: 7 miles plus 10 x 12 seconds hill sprints
Friday June 26, 2015:
AM: 3 mile shakeout/ PM: 3 mile warm up, 5 x 1k @ 5k pace, rest 400 meters, 800 @ mile pace, 400 fast
Saturday June 27, 2015:
